I was so excited to get an email from Healing Hearts last week to photograph The Green Family!
Healing Hearts Respite House is located in beautiful Corolla, NC where "families, couples or individuals battling life threatening illness or disease can find respite" and enjoy time together on The Outer Banks of North Carolina.
This is an amazing charity organization, and I was so honored to be asked to capture these precious family portraits! One of the main reasons I am so in love with my job is that I get to capture and help preserve moments and memories for the families and couples I work with :)
Equally as wonderful, The Green Family couldn't have been more awesome! We captured some fun beach portraits, and I was in awe to hear about their own charity, Alex's Army.
Alex's Army provides Christian based support to those "living with a Pediatric Cancer diagnosis while raising awareness and funding for Pediatric Cancer Research." You can read more about Alex's journey and his family's amazing love and support on their website.
Their 2nd Annual Drive for the Cure is coming up in May and they can always use fabric donations for Prayer Pillowcases.
